All fees must be paid within the scheduled time. Late fee charges may apply after the due date.
Admission fees, registration fees, or activity fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
In case of continued non-payment, the institution reserves the right to withhold class access or discontinue enrollment.
Any changes in fee structure will be communicated in advance.
Regular attendance is expected. Excessive absence may affect learning progress.
Students must follow all discipline rules, behavioural guidelines, and instructions given by staff.
Bullying, misconduct, misuse of property, or inappropriate behaviour may lead to disciplinary action, including suspension or dismissal.
Students must use classrooms, labs, play areas, and all equipment responsibly.
Parents/guardians will be liable for the cost of intentional or careless damage to institutional property.
For safety, parents are requested to drop and pick up children on time.
The institution is not responsible for loss or damage to any personal items (bags, stationery, water bottles, gadgets, etc.).
Students must label their belongings clearly.
Class timings, academic structure, and program schedules may be updated when required.
The institution reserves the right to modify curriculum, holidays, activity plans, or teaching methods for improvement.
The institution may use photographs/videos of students for brochures, website, social media, or promotional content.
Parents who do not wish their child to appear in media must inform the administration in writing.
If a child is unwell, parents must avoid sending them to class for the safety of others.
Any medical condition, allergy, or special requirement must be disclosed during admission.
In case of emergency, the institution may take necessary action and contact parents immediately.
Fees once paid are non-refundable, including in cases of student withdrawal, absence, relocation, or discontinuation.
If classes are delayed, rescheduled, or temporarily suspended due to unavoidable situations (weather, government order, emergency), no fee refund will be provided.
Website content (text, images, graphics) is the property of the institution and cannot be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
Any misuse of website data or attempt to breach security is punishable by law.

Continued enrollment or usage of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
